On the homepage of Adobe, you will find the system requirements. (I do not work with apples, but it would be almost converted.)
At least the memory, however, I would expand (at least 2GB)

Hello, I have your above configuration here with me, but the older iMac Core2Duo Model of the beginning of 2007 with 2.16 GHz. Thick enough, where you only DV editing. What's with HDV looks like you do I lack HDV Cam does not say.
