If you choose CBR or 2x with 7Mbit VBR with 7 Mbps?
What is the source material? DV? interlaced?

I'm not gonna play on dv, but export the sequence as normal export via quicktime. the project is an interlaced project that is based on the pal dv 420 codec. the origin is material artifact that is, when I saw him play in cutting program are to see any errors.
