Frage von Delpea:Hi!
export after the conclusion of a video project (with avid xpress pro), I wanted to encode the entire dvd with studio pro 3rd because the material is 40 minutes long, I could count on the bitrate 7th after the dvd was completed, I have the materials to play the annoying artifacts noticed that I simply can not eliminate: the artifacts occur mostly occurs when using with a soft cross-blende blende or is blinded in a movement (eg waving a glittering water). the artifacts by making jerky or flickering images and noticed in accordance with the length of the blind. to eradicate these errors, I have to be low bitrate, which has not helped. because it is a project with pal dv codec, I have set the field order then another manual of "automatic" to "lower field first". with the hope that this has been recognized but not auto. synonymous to no avail. s.dvd studio pro encoder, it is not convenient, as I discovered later, when I got the clip encoded in the cleaner to mpeg-2. namely, there came on the same artifact. with my Latin, I am slowly s.end. someone else has an idea what I could try to??

If two different mpeg2 encoders bring the same problem ...
you first play on DV? the DV clip artefact and error?
If you choose CBR or 2x with 7Mbit VBR with 7 Mbps?
What is the source material? DV? interlaced?
Antwort von LoKs:
I'm not gonna play on dv, but export the sequence as normal export via quicktime. the project is an interlaced project that is based on the pal dv 420 codec. the origin is material artifact that is, when I saw him play in cutting program are to see any errors.
when I encode mbit 2xvbr with 7 elected.
Antwort von PowerMac:
What is it if you please "normal export via quicktime? What settings, which codec?
In what program originally cut?
Antwort von LoKs:
With Avid does not know me. But perhaps hilfts: check render settings. Maybe when rendering transitions is reversed the field order.
They are, incidentally picture noise () by an operator error, no artifacts. Among artifacts I understand JPEG so'n flakes and stuff.
Antwort von prem:
What you want already hot? It exported the video from Avid xpress pro (as mentioned above) via Quicktime to mpeg2. The settings to do so now nothing more to the point.

Delphea Salut!
Sounds to me synonymous to an incorrectly rendered part. Export earlier times only the transitions plus one seconds, and then as a DV Quicktime, and are you at me. If it still does is, you know. In the real-time preview, I would not leave me.
because the material is 40 minutes long, I could count on the bitrate 7th Put her on 8, but constant, not a 2-pass VBR. At this data rate motion estimation does not matter anyway. When time
and flat gradients (eg, fade out in the sunset), a variable bit rate s.dieser body jerking and posterization effect, if a pirate flag flapped in front of yet, there may be even strobe effects. A lower data rate
with VBR would worsen the effect,
without recognizing VBR is too less Resolutionwürdest you in the twinkling pivoted blocks.
with my Latin, I am slowly s.end. I synonymous (no Avid expert).
Antwort von PowerMac:
So nee.
I would come to the problem tricks to:
1. Correct rendering
2. Finished Project play in DV. If the error still there? Or are they gone?
3. When correctly encode the DV file with Quicktime or DVD Studio Pro
