I have one person left in the first part of a space and then the same person in the right part of the room recorded. And now I try all the time, the clips can be simultaneously so it looks as if the same person twice in the space.
I try all the time with "fading" or with "calculations", but you can only adjust the percentage of a clip in the other and thus be pushed both people far too transparent.
The manual gave me no satisfactory answer can, I hope one of it.

Put the two videos in the timeline on top of each other.
