what is audio dubbing?
With my camcorder do I sound 12 or 16 bit (for SonyDCR HC62E).
When the data is Teschendorf American Audio Dubbing (12 bit). " what does this mean?

Nachvertonen in the camcorder. DV can handle four soundtracks with 12-bit Resolutionaufzeichnen or two with 16 bits. In stereo recording with 12-bit are still two soundtracks free - which can be retrofitted to include relevant devices. But today is completely irrelevant - overdubbed when cutting s.PC.
In other words, the sound recording format s.Camcorders s.16 bit and make s.die dubbing only s.Computer think ...
