Frage von _DINGO_:Hi All,
I am looking for audio software, with which I edit live sound s.Computer synonymous and may issue again.
The whole thing should look like this:
I send a sound signal from a mixer into the audio input of the computer. I would then process the signal with a compressor, parametric EQ and Noise Gate and s.Schluss again raussenden from the audio output of the calculator - preferably without loss of time.
I Can anyone recommend suitable software?
So either a program that controls all functions in parallel, or different plug-ins that I "can be connected in series?
Thank schonmal!

Software is not the problem. Nuendo / Cubase and Magix Music Studio. More important is the sound interface. ASIO Drivers and full duplex is required for low latency, and when external USB but no Firewire. At home, I schaff as no less than 15 ms latency.
Antwort von hilpers:
That you can do with any common sequencer. I have been working for years with Cubase. In this case, even (since version 4 decent editing options;) compressors, eqs, and much more here. For a long time brewing a very cheap and surprisingly powerful alternative to. Yet this is marketing the software as shareware and you can fully test it as long as you want:
http://www.reaper.fm/.
Think it will be enough for the top.

Caution - do not have trial versions of full commercial license!
So if you work with it commercially, then tested rather buy what you have, otherwise awake gibts later an evil.
Antwort von _DINGO_:
Thanks for the quick answers! I will try it once with the Reaper program.
My Cubase version is slimmed down a bit, unfortunately. (; Go Cubase 3.0)
@ Sarah: No, is not a commercial story, should not be a problem.
Thanks again!
