I have a question about the Avid Media Files. And although I would like them on my external hard drive on my normal because no memory is available. How do I s.besten? Can I use the project data as to where they are?

In itself not a problem. Only the video files to move (perhaps initially only times tentatively) that creates space in the GB area and then re-link. Of course, the liquid will not be moved files.
Everything else not touch.
