Frage von Distra:Hello,
I am trying since days, with Avid Xpress Pro 5.0 a clip from one frame to export as a graphic, but I constantly get the error: ILLEGAL exception with the error code 0xc000001d
I've already read synonymous, that the error on a lack of SSE support indicates. But that is with me Enabled.
I do the usual:
Frame mark
Export-> Select Graphics (no preference which format, it does not work)
Give name, store
Has anyone an idea how I could fix the error?
Regards,
Distra

Mhhm, no problem here (Mac Pro, Xpress 5.7).
5.0 is a pretty old version and you should upgrade any time up to 5.2.4 (is free). Possibly. yes because there was initially a problem, as with the surge of 4.x to 5.x is not anything like smooth.
Otherwise I'll assume you are using a non-certified system?
This is a "no go" - alas! These error messages are with me on my old system (was synonymous not certified) synonymous ever occurred - unfortunately you can not do anything and you can not synonymous see exactly what it is stuck.

Thanks for the hint.
I will try again with 5.2.4, but I judged myself to be that I am back again to 5.0'm gone, because it does not even start read.
In the Avid support forums has anyone ever asked the same question but no answer is received, it is helpful, so I suspect that it is "just so" ...
Very annoying. Should something completely new her ...

Well - it's just so "can not leave because I have, for example, the problems do not and so it seems yes no general problem.
Avid yes continually pushes updates after intermediate and there are sometimes synonymous minor fixes to the one or the other might not have noticed. Therefore, perhaps the attempt with a newer version (5.7 is the latest).
Nevertheless, it is in the software with a very difficult DIY Calculator that everything runs smoothly - so my advice to a certified system.
What does it mean anything, "... because it does not even start lies"? This should not really be - I had problems with the software so synonymous have some, but something I had not yet.
