I have a static video (which I mean that the camera does not move) and a person who moves to the fore. I would like a mask or similar draw for me what this video is just the background.
To understand what I intend:
I want to blur the background, while the person in the foreground unchanged.
Now I could go only once a Still Image to take a rough template to create, that would bring me nothing because the person so making small movements (Speaker of the video is s.Rand).
I thought to myself that the video material could be analyzed, which has changed in the entire clip. In this way, the one you already removed the background because the remains unchanged.
Through the movements is always a little background (part of which is covered by the speaker), so that the basis of the data a complete background could be removed, right?
Maybe I am just too complicated synonymous.
Ultimately I want to cut out the background or vice versa, a moving object with otherwise rigid background from the video cut.
Unfortunately, there is no frame in which the background is a completely free and without a person, because otherwise I just might make the difference ...

The part of the background, the outline of constantly face of the speaker is, you need not be synonymous for> Differenzkey (so is the keyword). You can mask an equally rough draw (torso and head), and practically the only key for hair and small movements of the shoulders and arms to execute. No big deal, usually.
