Frage von BeeZee:Hello.
There is a lot and good backup software on the market ². What bothers me, but it is the fact that each tool uses its own format that I have for recovery synonymous always need the right software, synonymous with the earlier "gebackupt" was. This would have the advantage that you can restore synonymous backups on other machines, without first having to install the tool again ...
My question now is whether you know a good backup tool, which meets the following criteria:
- Storage of the backups in a common format (eg ZIP, RAR, etc., compression should already be ;-)
- Possibility of Scheduling Tasks
- Possibility of incremental backups
- Support for popular media
- User-friendly handling
- Freeware or at least cheap
Is there such a tool? What do you use?
Thank you. BeeZee

do not mean imaging software (like Norton Ghost, True Image, etc.)
