Frage von seeyou:Moin Moin,
I am newly registered here and want to express my question once complimented s.The operators and the users. Have a lot of information found here, have eliminated a lot of question marks!
My question: I have the following equipment and a problem with the acquisition of data from the XH A1s: MacBookPro, Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, connecting via firewire. I can not get it to import the images directly into Premiere. What am I doing wrong? Or is it a technical problem?
Thanks in advance for your tips
Greetings from Bremerhaven

There are Firewire
function> Apple icon in the Finder bar> About This Mac> More info> Hardware> Firewire. Or simply start up iMovie. iMovie shows premiere, in contrast to even a live-capture picture for HDV (like Final Cut Pro / FCE synonymous).
Firewire TroubleShooter camera side:
- If selected in the menu of the A1, the time zone and date and time been set? If not, catch up on. Must be made synonymous to a "factory settings" reset. Otherwise: No communication.
- Does the camera to "VCR-PLAY"? (synonymous apply it back to tape)
The Firewire connection itself:
- Cable can be broken
- Firewire card, the camera can be broken (expensive)
- Firewire port on the Mac can be broken (detected as an external disk?)
First measure of unsuccessful Firewire Recording: Restart of Calculator and Camera.

Moin Axel,
Thanks for the quick reply. With i-movie, it works without problems. I just thought that I really can invite directly in Premiere.

Addendum:
Date / time was correct ;-)

Well then, congratulations, that everything is okay with Firewire. You * could * of the way, iMovie gecapturete material (this refers to the AppleIntermediateCodec a 4:2:0 intraframe-encoded version, Attention: Resolution "full" only works for program restart!) Import synonymous in APP, but hope Let's that it is now fluppt: Premiere start up again, press the project settings: HDV, etc., then F5. Play Button ">" (Note: "Preview on Camera") Record Button
"%Ï" stop button "% ".
