Frage von sleibnink:Hello
I myself bought my first camcorder. DenCanonFS100. It is in MPEG2 compression on. Now I have lots of vacation pictures made me and Adobe Premiere Pro for testing runtergeladen. Then after the long installation I noticed that I did not edit mpeg2 video without a very expensive plug-in. Then I would go Ulead VideoStudio borrowed of a friend. This picture is I was able to edit but unfortunately without sound. Then I downloaded Virtual Dub to mpeg2 to convert to AVI. That was synonymous problmlos and I was able to edit files with Premiere, but a file which previously was 6mb in size is quite quickly grown to 700MB. And these are only 6 video Sec.
Is this normal AVI so much space needed?
What else can I convert or what program can I use for mpeg2?
I would loath to lose quality.
Thank you for your help
Antwort von robbie:
You must when converting to. Avi selecting a compressor. You have not selected and so an uncompressed video file.
As a compressor s.Besten choose Microsoft DV Avi. That should be in the settings of his selectablly VirtualDub.

The full version can do naturally.

Nothing to adjust - that you must buy, otherwise not.
Whether it be for you as a beginner, but equally so priced upscale products that are right? There are entry-level products synonymous ala Premiere Elements, Sony Vegas Movie Studio or synonymous Pinnalce Studio and Corel / Ulead Video Studio - perhaps what would be the more likely for you?
An extensive experience with this device you can find synonymous here:
