Hello. The pile s.Codec iost gewalltig. I wonder just how it is for example a few pages to create an HD trailer in absolute top quality in 100 MB only to offer? Which codec they there? For example, on Page Aplle the movies trailer. The quality is top for the network and the file is relatively small. I have FCE and use the H264 codec ... But the file of a 15 min long videos is still 1.5 GB ... Gehts less synonymous with the same quality?

H.264 is currently the most efficient codec available. You can only reduce the bit rate to a smaller file to get - but this is synonymous with a quality deterioration associated. At what bitrate you can perceive this deterioration depends on the content of the video and your experience.
A bandwidth of 5Mbit / s are still good for 1920x1080i50 feasible, if not too fast in the video image changes occur, this would be a file size of 365Mbytes at 15 minutes of video results.

For WMV with 8MBit / s is synonymous with the Picture 1920x1080 still very good and it comes with 880MB to around 15min.

You need no bitrate calculator - but you can sort themselves out: ((audio bitrate in Kbit / s + video bitrate in Kbit / s) / 8192) * video length in seconds = output file in Mbytes
