Hello filmmaker, how do I get on a DVD movie on a similarly good as a mini DV. I work with Edius 5.5. Nero 9 PowerTools2.

Gosh - I do not understand the question ... There seems to be that you with the picture quality of your DVD are not satisfied. Normally, there should be no problem to create a DVD so that the picture looks very good. Describe a look as you proceed and with what settings You produce the MPEG-2 file.

Hi Matthias, if I my Canon Xh A1 Mini DV with a Cas. s.TV I am very satisfied with the look picture-quality. (HDV) 1440x1080. The film then I burn to DVD and then show it on the DVD player (LG 370)
then the picture is worse, 720X576. I want to know if there is possibility of the DVD - Film to be seen just as sharp as the camera mt. DVD is not BluRay!

If You produce a video DVD, then you're bound s.die size 720 x 576 pixels. Of course, this does not look as good as your original materials with the higher resolution. If you want to look so Resolutiondrehst With higher and synonymous to a corresponding HD television, then the medium of video-DVD is not suitable and you should consider whether you'll get such a high resolution file directly from the calculator via HDMI to the monitor or either to the USB stick or hard drive on a Playstation or X-Box can transmit the data then serves as a player.

Of course I binn informed of these techniques. Did the synonymous Tivx box 6500th But if I had made a DVD of a wedding I am of course not satisfied with the quality. I see the edited movie on my Full HD - TV and DVD DIVXBox and then :-) My friends and acquaintances are happy but I will :-) as amateur filmmakers always the best Picture.

The problem did not just amateur filmmakers, but synonymous true professionals. You have to explain to the audience again and again that one on a HD television only provides a good picture if it is large enough.
