Frage von shiva69:I have Windows Movie Maker with an approximately 40 minute presentation with pictures and synonymous with short videos made. The music to (on the accompanying soundtrack), I have exactly matched the corresponding images. Up to here everything went really well, but when I finished my speech went to the edge not. A pop up window appeared with the words:
"This project contains source files that are missing or changed after importing them. The Project can not be saved as a movie, as long as the source files not found or out of the Project have been removed. "
(Strange really, because I see all pictures and music for this project is due to have my hard drive)
Since I had my talk show, I did ungerändert what synonymous still super fine.
But when I paint the second a talk with my (ungeränderten) Windows Movie Maker Presentation wanted to make, I noticed that more than 30 images were no longer present. Ie the frame with the image number are still in derBildspur, however, but with a red cross over and play when the picture remains black. The same happened with a complete song, which I've inserted.
This is all very annoying, because I needed several days to prepare the lecture synonymous and it was a mad work, all images at exactly the music vote.
Maybe someone can give me any help to rectify the error, or maybe someone had the same problem and I can help in the solution. Had class.
Many thanks in advance.

I would s.die detective work and see where the pictures are missing. Also in the picture track to see how such a missing file and then called the Explorer with this name to search the entire disk.
For me a disappearance fall causes need a few - perhaps, the images / songs in a directory, the car of car time to time will be cleaned. This can be a cache directory for downloaded files. Depending how the cache is set, the images are eventually gone.
But as bad so it must not be. Mach erstmal search.
If you do fit with PCs are, can possibly synonymous FILEMON the free tool of Sysinternals.com good use. This will allow you to find out what files are trying to access programs. Beginners are of course the info flood slain, because it uses a PC constantly masse files. But if you restrict the results to the desired applications, well, we find the "culprit" relatively quickly.
Good luck
