Frage von ulva:I have:
- Windows 7 per 64
- Adobe Premiere CS5
- New Intensity Pro with Drivers 3.9.1
and the following problem:
I install the drivers, but there is always a firmware update required that can not seem to take place, because I get an error message and will reboot. If the PC is booted up, the message comes again and again!
Premiere is blocked until I uninstall the drivers again.
I think it has something to do with the updating process on 64bit!
BM-way contact with the support that has advised the UAC, which is the User Account Control had "never informed" to make.
NO SUCCESS!
- Does anyone have similar problems?
- Or even a similar system working?
Best regards (but desperate ...) Uli

Hi,
I have a similar system which works, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Adobe CS5 Master Collection and also the Intensity Pro with the 3.9.1 drivers ... but you probably do not synonymous hift the next.
You did not accidentally installed Leopard, I've heard that it'll come to such a message ....
