Hello folks!
I have a scene in which occurs a long zoom, and recording, I have the sharpness mitgezogen. Now I would like, however, that the zoom into Fuzzy goes, so the focus in the initial position and is advancing at Zoom (1 - 30x) the picture is increasingly blurred.
I have Adobe Premiere and Photoshop are available, perhaps you can tell me whether and how this effect can achieve so. If you know other programs that can do this, I would be synonymous grateful for a tip.

look at the filters: Has Premiere since commit some blur Effect (blur, Gaussian blur)? - Although I work with Premiere, due to the advantage of plug-ins of my card but never cut the board funds. Therefore, this vague tip.
