Hello,
I have recently bought a used XM2, but are now unable to deliver sharp images.
After the first shooting I thought I had something in the settings upset, and wanted my vermeindlichen error eradicate this weekend ...
... but the pictures are simply invariably blurred.
Following me at a shutter speed of 1/120s ~ no difference in the sharpness gebacht: Manual mode, automatic, AF, MF, big / small Aperture, ND filter, various zoom ,....
I hope what I have ignored, which brings me to her.
Otherwise, what could be broken?

what do you do in "blurred"?
Because the focus is somewhere else, or nothing at all sharp?
Is the large focussierte recording (Telephoto) is sharp and then with the Rückzoom blurred? Maybe you can place the monitor a little more detail.

... tomorrow I will in any case, a cleaning cartridge party vll. it is only s.Kopf? Problems with the drum would have felt differently. For blurred images, they are guaranteed not to be responsible.

Everything in the picture is blurred, a focus on a certain width can not recognize.
Is the large focussierte recording (Telephoto) is sharp and then with the Rückzoom blurred? Yes. At full zoom sharp (AF needs something ....), then the Rückzoom but quickly blurred, to say, after not even 1 / 4 of the zoom range.
Where are you looking at the pictures because? Viewfinder? Display? PC? Television?
No matter where, everywhere blurred.

Hello,
I know the XM2 does not go in times like this, the lens is free of WW-intentions, filter ect.
Switch the Auto Focus but times out, you judge an object at about 4 mtr. Distance with full telephoto sharp one (digital zoom is turned off?).
Driving slowly back into the shot and watch s.besten on a video monitor when the Cam is blurred. Important here is that Aperture should be open and to provide manual. The professionals take care of this action a "Siemen-star.
It seems that the fact Auflagemass your Cam is not in order.
Is it synonymous with your XM2 synonymous not adjust.
Ruf doch mal the owner, whether Cam with him has drawn sharp, perhaps it is synonymous hingefallen.

After the detailed description are not synonymous, I think that it was a user error. Newbies do not use the abbreviations AF / MF or check the sharpness at different apertures.
Is there the possibility of a claim?

A complaint regarding my purchase is probably not!
The warranty of the manufacturer but is still about a week.

You have the distance, buying a right to error-free items, unless it was explicitly mentioned.
Google: Fernabsatzgesetz concerns synonymous "of private s.privat".
Or had you on a handling error gepokert?
BTW: the case of damage (; and that comes before schonmal) are _not_ covered by the warranty.

The problem I had last year when a customer synonymous discovered that several acquired XM2 used as synonymous XL2 not really have sharp, even manual, it has not come to grips with, so it had the previous owner probably synonymous sold.
