how can I erase the mark of a car in Premiere 2.0? There are about 2 seconds in which the car is moving, then it stands a few seconds and a person walks past the front and covered it briefly here.

A. If it is not to look so professional with a "book" and then a rectangle that is about sets. If there is to be correct pixelated at times give google "wrighley blur face tutorial" field.
From version C3 goes with the less effort the pixeling.
