I am new to video editing and video recording and would like to grow a camcorder. I just worked through synonymous here with the great reviews and tests, and am now between Panasonic HDC-SD66 and HDC-HS60. What for me is still open / is unknown is how long does the battery with and without the HDD? What is worth more, I mean I guide on the internet at all on google the first few pages have read, yet I can not decide. SD card is expensive and has little room for Comparison in the video, but has a positive effect on battery life and is not as sensitive to shocks and the like. However, these only up to 32GB SDHC is the one and only SDXC card with 64GB and 160 ¬ for my first lot. When the HDD Cam While the price higher, but this one has plenty of room for videos. If I have not been charged, you get the 32gig card about 4 hours of material.

as per the instructions (but with the SD707 / HS700) you have about 50-10 minutes shorter recording time in the model with hard drive.
