Have Nero on the PC. The player is a "cyber home". Actually, running on everything. The films I transfer with USB.

What kind of movies you transfer via USB? From the camcorder?
Apart from that, what format are you burning? As a DVD (ie MPEG2) or just a data (eg CD and then with the Nero codec)?

Yes, from the camcorder to the PC. This will open the program Win Movie maker. Then I burn the DVD with Nero. But some format. I tried some, but nothing goes to the players. Not even on a Phillips.

The TV is a Panasonic, is likely to be older. The burned DVD but are running the PC!
But the player says "unknown disc".
Have a "PAL selected" format. However, there is the Win movie maker produces so many possibilities that I as not perspectives. The program was installed and there is no instructions available.
However, I must correct myself, the transfer is not with USB but with a connector which is DV dransteht. With the USB, it does not work.
