Video and audio together is not so. Video must be a multi-cd to as "computer data". This will now be able to begin to nix a DVD player.
Make a DVD with additional audio tracks. That might work.

That is not quite right, you can the videos - if you reaches of space - as MPEG2-DVD compliant files store. Almost every DVD player you will then use the directory structure of the mixed-mode CD show, where you can view the files and select Manual. So check it out ...

exactly. the desired result is theoretically feasible, but would be more on the CD player (audio) tracks are shown, as are actually available.
