I think 3 watts for toys. 3 watts is better than nothing, but of an illumination by the booze, you can not talk.
HVL 20 DW 2 zb in certain situations is already usable, in individuals with low lighting but partly too strenuous for the film ends, but you can stick slides over it, a little too dim - make a lot of owners of the DW 2 so - I know.
