I am looking for someone who can tell me how (and IF ever) I with the subtitle workshop subtitles and after I added this film hab synonymous Both export?
or do I need for another program? if so which one?

Does not. Subs are in the audio stream of the video gemuxt (interwoven). Goes with DivX (http://www.trustfm.net/divx/) and with MPEG2 (most authoring tools).
