Hello,
Importing and editing of AVCHD / m2ts with Vegas Platinum works quite well.
Now I would like the data (after processing) in the same format to make them nicely compressed on the disk to have.
In the trial version 8c I think this option is not. If the s.der trial version or does it really not?

PS: If this is not possible, in what it exported to the same size without loss of quality videos on your calculator to get?

Hi,
it goes with a fairly simple "trick":
You choose "Movie" and then "to HDV Camera store." The camera must be connected via FireWire and be ready to run. In the FX1, the so-called "crash-deck" record supports the playback mode (do not ask, is so ;-)).
The device (camera) and here the possible recording formats now appear in a dialog window. Choose if you get multiple formats appear, HDV 1080i.
In the next dialog (see Picture druck1.jpg HDV) you have to necessarily reflect the hook at "file after printing Delete" to remove. All other settings as in the Picture.
Now "Next" (see Picture druck2.jpg HDV). Choose "crash record". Once you now "Finish" button, you already renders Vegas time a m2t file. The joke is: you can the Camera after clicking "Finish" to make (unless of course you want the file on tape are synonymous).
At the end is grumbling Vegas, the camera was made, Thou shalt not take them on. That you can ignore and "Cancel" button.
Then, the m2t receive.
In these dialogues, you can synonymous existing m2t files to play on tape. The camera must then be on course. As described, it can be in between (rendering may take a while) off course again.

Probably a misunderstanding. Jof was not around. M2t HDV and thus, it is. M2ts (or alternatively. Mts), ie AVCHD export.

Yes, I know. Vegas m2t synonymous not described the stunt export: So could it be that when you export to an AVCHD Camera synonymous this format can be written. Who knows, maybe it just funzt?

There are, however, neither in Vegas Movie Studio in a function to communicate with an AVCHD camera. So what AVCHD is not an ordinary file import or export offers, there is not.
In Vegas (Pro 8) is at least AVCHD in multiple formats, as synonymous. M2ts directly exported (as a normal file export). I do not know whether the synonymous in Movie Studio Platinum is possible.

No, both versions m2t and m2ts will not be available when exporting. A pity that the other "workaround" does not work. Perhaps as a crutch until m2t and then convert via software? But the quality would deteriorate ...

Seems not really to go. Have now the test version of Vegas 8 Pro installed. This will export m2ts perfect. Trial runs for 10 days, then must decide whether I am of this shit licensing policy Inflections or better for 1 / 4 of the price of other programs to buy ...

Vegas 7 can be no reasonable export AVC - the integrated AVC encoder there is more to forget. It is actually only with Vegas 8th
The shit Lizenspolitik is holding a reality - you can not simply synonymous Mercedes steal from the neighbors, just because one's s.Arsch goes. This means you can have .... but probably only once!
