Technically, you can put any codec that is installed on your system to use for export. At least this is true for Premiere Pro 2.0.

Is the XviD MPEG4 video codec installed correctly on your system? This is tested s.besten in Gerätemeneger after (right click on My Computer: Manage, then System / Gerätemeneger / Audio - Video - and game controllers / Video Codex. Doppelcklick now and in the Properties tab.
