I'm currently thinking to buy me one of these cameras. Optics I have only needed the body. Why do you think now for the more than double the price of the Canon 7D in Comparison to 550D? I am particularly concerned about the video function at full HD resolution (1080p), this hand me the 30fps.

From the video features the two are very similar.
The 7D has a sealed magnesium body and the HDMI signal is synonymous with the recording (as is the 550D to 480) in 1080 from. It has also probably other ISO levels (160, 320 ..), a little to be better. Whether that justifies the extra cost, you have to decide for themselves.

Only the shooting I would not buy a 7D, which is only worthwhile if you do synonymous uses for which it was built really shooting for.

Hey,
I've been photographed with Nikon. I, therefore, the Tamron lenses that I could use synonymous with adapter on the Canon Camera. With my Nikon, I would still take pictures. Therefore, I would have opted for the Canon 60D.
Now the question: What are the daughters and mothers you would otherwise suggest that with a 550D or 60D can keep up with the video function and similar makes good pictures (depth of field, color)?

I would buy the 550D with a zoom H1 recorder for very good audio quality. For this, the Chinese copy (better magnets) of LCDVF viewfinder.
The 60D I would rather not buy, as early as February, with his Zacuto EVF comes out of the peaking and False-Color offers and of course offers significant advantages over the swiveling display the 60-D.

Sure, you can Zacuto synonymous join s.der 60D. If you already have ideas how you want to use the Camera and the swiveling display fits well with "clean", put the 60D.
