Yes! It is a "Component" output available! (; Most Supplied jack-to-RCA cable you then for example, by scart adapter s.praktisch every TV can connect.) Actually, this is standard for all (; synonymous HD) camcorders.

No, the HG and HF series is known as a USB Mass Storage Device "visible.
