Frage von MD:Hello,
I borrow the Urlabu a Canon MV 950 of a friend.
I want to cut the video and then spend s.PC on DVD for a 16:9 television.
My questions now:
1) Is it true that the MV 950 disables the Image Stabilization in the 16:9 mode?
2) If 1) is true: how do you get a better picture quality:
- Filmed in 16:9 mode and subsequently stabilize s.PC via software?
or
- Filmed in 4:3 mode with stabilizer turned on, and subsequently change s.PC to 16:9 by software?
Gruss,
MD
Antwort von Jan:
The stabilizer can be made / or activated in the 9xx series at 16 / 9.
Unlike Sony and Canon to get on 16 / 9 stability of more resolution.
Well, I do not cut pro, I was told but with good skill a 16 / 9 movies is to create good per program, this will log nnoch experienced cutter.

To shoot 2) In any case, in 16:9 and also attempt to shake as little as possible: Focal (as short as possible, always wide, if not necessarily what else is needed) to avoid during the shoot straddle Stand and stable camera position, unnecessary pans, when longer focal lengths are necessary: somewhere lean or prop up. In all reason, what one should note synonymous with stabilizer, only a little more carefully. The best way to practice before the holiday.

Thanks for the tips.
But what surprises me is that I am still in the 16:9 mode, the menu can aktivireren Image Stabilization and off.

Antwort von beiti:
On some camcorders, the stabilizer acts in 16:9 is still in the vertical, but no longer in the horizontal. (It's about the direction in which the chip still "reserve pixels" for the stabilization has.)
