Frage von mars10:hi people
at school we have a video course and we will make a film.
We have a Canon MV960 and because the DV-Firewire cable does not, I have a question:
Do you

If so what is the exact name for the cable? (4PIN Camcorders - Firewire?)
The second consideration for the transfer would be:
The Camera and s.TV connect via DVD recorder record.
Is it a big quality loss?

ps: you can of the Cam synonymous with the supplied USB cable (not in the instructions), but what else should it be good?

... Does the cable you buy of Canon? ... What is the exact name for the cable? (4PIN Camcorders - Firewire?) The original cable must not be, but for a very cheap 1.50 euros nimm prefer not synonymous. The exact name should be "Firewire 4-to-6-Pin", since the camera has a four port, most computers have a larger six. Review of security at your calculator before buying the cable again.
... you can of the Cam synonymous with the supplied USB cable (not in the instructions), but what else should it be good? Video transmission on this path is not possible via USB only photos can be transferred.

And right, hands off of the cheap cables. It's like Scartkabel fürn euro, for a push operation and that's usually synonymous already. These low-cost parts to the mind even without that they can permanently umsteckt.
The USB transfer works
probably with the enclosed software synonymous for videos, however, will significantly diminish the quality, and whether what you'll get to finishing, or Canon's own format, is still synonymous questionable. FireWire is in any case the better way.
