Hello,
I'm just looking for an affordable camcorder for viewöchigen holiday. Borrow makes no sense, because the fees are too high. Buy an expensive camcorder synonymous makes no sense, because otherwise I can access a SonyDigital8 about 4 years old camcorder, and I for a few years ago wanting to buy an HD camcorder, because I then more movies.
Therefore, I am met with the Canon MV900, which is very cheap (250 euros).
I do not need bells and whistles s.Camcorders, but only good shots + Sound, which I can edit s.PC.
Is there in the price range up to 350 EUR a better alternative?
Is the image stabilization when shooting 16:9 then completely shut down?

Not a bad part, but the Image Stabilization is really turned off at 16:9.
In low light makes catastrophic images. The night mode simply switches too soon.
Alternative I can not tell you, unfortunately, yes, looking for something yourself!

You can opt to join the MV 9xx series if the stabilizer is switched on or, better when made gibts a little wide.
