Hello,
I have a Canon MVX 300 camcorder, which until now has worked well. Yesterday, after a recording but suddenly strikes the cassette compartment. There can be no longer open. On player mode will beep three times and then display the text "Remove the Cassette" and then flashes "Eject". The same applies to the Camera mode. If you want to eject the tape using rausholen, you can hear just one engine noise and then nothing more, the cassette compartment remains in the closed position. Seems a mechanical problem. Can someone help?

Canon MV700 tape is always out, but with heightened symptoms. The result is the same: It must be someone's Profile.
