Dear People,
I have to buy from me the notebook ASUS UL80VT-WX028V too. Agency now finds that it has only USB 2.0 and HDMI connections. My somewhat elderly camcorder has only s-video, USB Mini-B or IEEE1394 output. Can connect the two videos from the CC on the NB transmit without serious losses.

If the laptop this time not, you can upgrade it in theory, by way of a card. If the laptop but this possibility has not synonymous (and so it looks), it is unsuitable for your purpose - unless it captures you with another computer via firewire to an external hard drive and then hang them to cut through USB s . the laptop.
