Why are so many Canon printers as refurbished, at ebay, offered? Are these printers so bad that as soon repairs or overhauls are needed? Also amazes me that the price demanded about a new printer without ink cartridges equivalent. Is this a new sales policy of Canon? Greeting Hendricks

So it could be: Those things are lost during the warranty period is broken. The client sends a repair but can not wait and buy a new one. If the "old" then out of the repair comes back, he will be overhauled at Ebay sells.
Or, quite differently: USED printer is purchased for almost nothing, clean and is cleaned then overhauled.

Tra, Canon Outlet sells eg. every day of type 2 Printer Pixma IP4200 (refurbished) on ebay. This is not a good advertisement for Canon and is not synonymous for the printer. If it breaks down quickly. Or?
