HI,
during the middle of my "shooting", the AFokus and the Zoom permanently.
After he switched briefly to a sharp object being held - then he is not focusing more - and the zoom is no more. He shows me is the symbol in the Viewfinder to react good piece does not, however - he remains in the focal area.
During the phase kannich zoom - after 2 seconds, however, he remains in the last set zoom.
Manual focus and manual zoom synonymous go no more!
All other functions are OK - it takes to play s.etc etc. ..

A good service is operating normally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on whether utilization and spare parts for repairs are needed, which only must be ordered.

Thank you - I was today at CANON service - it is the main board of the lens (16x) and is within 2 days of repairs. The cost is about 120 euros - so all in all the luck!
