Hi Folks,
I am s.verzweifeln, recognize my Canon XL 2 my bands and not in VCR mode, I can not play it so synonymous! I only see the normal blue image, however, is the symbolic and the always-out tray in the Picture! What am I doing wrong?? Have even been tried several tapes, none works!
Please help me!

since the XL2 is not so long on the market, I'm assuming that you still have warranty on it. In this case, reclaim the device!

Hi Markus,
if it is somehow possible for you, I would like the Cam s.Deiner body itself in Willich. There it is checked in your immediate presence of a technician and then the repair usually lasts one week.
When Einschicken through the dealer it can easily be several weeks.
