I am an enthusiastic amateur filmmakers with some experience and I plan a new Cam zuzulegen. For cost reasons, I have the above-named Camera envisaged probably needed, since the models have already been in hand for about 5 years, no longer produced.

I have been a few years, the XM1 and my terms for'm quite satisfied with the device. I saw them was synonymous bought used, had bad luck on the first try (the first was with loss of EUR 300 to sell) and the second attempt before 1 1 / 2 years a lot of luck, the thing was almost as good as new ....
Meanwhile, I would strongly but at least to advise the XM2. As you yourself write, things are now at least 5 years old. ... and there is a chance lucky to have quite low.
