Hello forum users.
So I film now been half a year with the Canon XM2. Previously, I had no problems and was very happy with her.
Now, however, has a problem: For two weeks I have the problem with verpixeltem Picture and now synonymous with black bars on the Picture. Furthermore, the cam is no longer the playing time of the tapes, as well as the remaining duration of the tapes.
As far as I know, this problem is associated with contaminated video heads or so ... With a cleaning tape ichs've already tried, but after 15 seconds re-recording, the problem occurs again. Then I read the CleaningTape run again several times, but the same problem occurs again.
Well, I asked how I could fix this? Did someone, perhaps the same problem?
I just hope that we can resolve this somehow, because as a student, I have not much budget for new Cam or expensive repairs.

Hello,
You have the camcorder for half a year? Then there is still warranty. Claim your device! Even with regular use of such failures should not yet occur.
