I made some time ago regarding an issue with the filming of SonyHDR FX1. Here are my experiences:
The rotation (music video) is at an end and it has everything went well. The camera needs more light than the Panasonic Mini Dv. Otherwise, I've noticed in the handling not too big differences. I had been turning s.20 Clock problems without extra light, but the Panasonic had yet to 21.30 without any problems with Aperture open enough light. The look is not like film, special looks just like a razor sharp DV.
Now I'm just about to capture the material in Premiere 1.5, and here the problems begin. First I tried it with the plug of Cineform - in vain. The MainConcept plugin (Aspect HD) is not synonymous works.
I did manage this material inzwichen capture in Premiere, but now have problems with deinterlacing (I rotated into half frames).
Here are my questions:
Can I convert the HDV material in a normal Mini DV and so (if you are working synonymous s.Resolutionverliert)? If so, how?
How can deinterlace it?
Do you have other tips on cutting and capturing of HDV material?
I would be grateful for any help.

They were your questions. You can use the HD material that you already spend on tape, on the FX-1 synonymous as DV, that is synonymous capture. The camera converts the self, the quality is supposed to be better than to be incorporated directly into DV, but at least it is not bad. To your second question: Why do you want de-interlace? Do you have with the Panasonic filmed in progressive fashion, and now does not fit the two together? Explain please.

The Koprimierungsmodus of HDV to DV, but you have to first activate the menu. Works wonderfully, images are synonymous good!
