Frage von Kinemathek:Hello Forum,
after I've tried a lot and now the second day of searching, I wanted my luck here and try. Vll. has jmnd. a good tip or help.
My problem: Black Frames, when capturing analog s.den some bands of equal band positions occur. These are both of Virtual Dub, Premiere is not as synonymous as drop-outs are marked s.Referenzmonitor but not the analog source to see.
Partly it is ~ 10 frames in 30 minutes, what else would be acceptable, but partly also synonymous 10 frames in 1min.
The true problem is more prevalent in VHS, S-VHS, as in Video8 or UMATIC. My hardware configuration Technically I completely changed twice, so S.2 different jobs. Without change.
Currently I go through S-Video cable directly into a Matrox video card and capture through Premiere. All sorts of codec and the DRT Einstellungsvaraitonen are available, I have by now.
Insofar jmnd. an idea whether there is a solution there? My idea was that the sync signal from the analog sources sometimes too weak, as it is recognized by the PC. Would then need a Time Base Corrector is right? Project funds are not so much any more. So I wanted to better myself because once again insure.
Would be grateful about every hint,
Greeting from the Cinematheque

Maybe lose your computer while capturing the sync and there would be a black picture of the subject of hardware possible "error display. A TBC could help here.
