Hi,
I have the following problem and do not know next:
Camera: Canon HV20
Editing program: Premiere CS3
Be a few days ago I thank all my new recordings this problem first claimed only on my DV camcorder material to be found and thus only captured DV.
This is of course nonsense because I am still all in HDV movies ... and yes my camera is set correctly.
If I were in the Recording menu of Premiere HDV directly dial the preview window remains grayed out.
Did I accidentally adjusted what?
If so what could or s.was all lie.
Meanwhile, I am so desperate that I use the material in DV capture leave and then exported HDV and insert back into Premiere. Lasts forever and the outcome is synonymous not really satisfactory.

Do you have an HDV in Premiere Project is created (reference)?
As far as I know, the HV 20-DV, if the DV capture software is expected. A blank DV Project will premiere DV capturing expected.

The manual says the HV20 sure how you must adjust to output HDV.

Firewire Drivers in the system.
Cam will be recognized.
