If you want to be very picky: t-stop 2.1, not f-stop 2.1. However, the two figures are of course most modern lenses very close to each other.
Might be definitely nice optics. Happen to know someone, whether a camera rental in Berlin is already planning to buy and what you can expect as a rental cost per day, perhaps?

Very nice optics, but I'd save the money. I recommend the same Compact Primes with PL Mount. Either you use to modify your 5D MKII/7D PL Lenses to buy or you could just ne RED Scarlet. Since price is not so much by the qualitative difference is significant ... until then I would continue working with photographic lenses!

if it wants to see someone mount conversion to pl:
http://www.dchome.net/viewthread.php?tid=854905&extra=&page=1 the topic is of course already by scarlet, red as synonymous but I have not got a huge-bock fan more to 2 / 3 "in the private use .. s.der working I can live with, because you then have great objective and light without end. then F23 and si2k synonymous fine cameras, but not hire part-time .... without light-truck are;)
just my opinion ... very subjective!
