Hi, I am now a bit overwhelmed.
I had my HDV videos of the FX 1 simply as a material of the DV Cam and then recorded after capturing problems with Encore as a DVD output. Was previously with the top result satisfied (PP2)
So now I have PP CS4 and obviously wanted to create a new Project.
As HDV 1440 x 1080 created the HD material recorded and synonymous edit and cut. In between I had a problem that the PC aufhing - was a temperature problem and has been with a better fan fixed - And now the problem is: Which codec m Media Encoder, the best results achieved - in its DVD and not Blue ray?
I was told that I in any case, the HDV material aims to restore and then just to be runterkonvergieren Pal?
How do you mean, or can you help me?

Hi, I could of course, but according to a very nice conversation with Lutz Diekmann said he, the Ergbnisse in any case much better if the film is rotated in HD - as synonymous HD editing - and then will convertiert.
That is what I ultimately synonymous yes. Unfortunately, Lutz but no PP CS4 and he knows the program is not synonymous?

1. HDV restore
2. HDV cut in HD resolution
3. Export movie as a DV AVI and using the normal PAL runterskalieren let (convert, yes)
4. This DVD.

For what is the intermediate step "DV AVI" good? I do synonymous HDV mpeg2 directly from a DVD runterskalierte without intermediate conversion.

And what will the outcome look like? Are there differences in - apparent? Could be Mpeg 2, unfortunately not yet exporting, NEN s.ich new fans for the processors need? And how is it with Mpeg 4?
Which of them is the best end result? With DV AVI created, and yes I know is very good - but should be as Mpeg 4 or Mpeg 2 or better? Correct?

So again. For DVDs for the living room DVD player mpeg2 it must be! There is really nothing to shake. The result is certainly better if directly from HDV mpeg2 DVD is being made.
