Frage von stepi1974:Hello,
I need a purchase because of the advice above, called 2 video cameras.
The SDR S 150 has 3 CCD chips inside. How much of the SDR-SW20 has, I could not read on the Internet, but to assume that this 1 CCD chip.
Is it true the 3CCD chips in the colors red, green and blue separately and recorded by the downstream electronics synonymous processed separately and it is in first approximation s.Ende a visibly better picture result shows?
From other side I hear the other hand, that a 1-chip model is now quite the same qualities can produce a 3-chip model.
My question is how different the two models in this really?
Other Question: The SDR S 150 has an optical Image Stabilization, which is the SDR-SW apparently does not have. If such an image stabilizer important?
Thank you for your answer already.

Stand facing the same problem and have looked at both models in the invite views. Mir, the SDR-S 150 of the sharpness and image synonymous with the stability a much better impression and synonymous device size (or better equipment "small") has me convinced.
Furthermore, important for me was the possibility of a WW-Converter can be affixed. That is when the SDR-SW20 not. This has the advantage to be waterproof.
Overall, I liked the quality of the SDR-S150 better, offers more controls synonymous.
But I am not a professional, the SW20 is probably a total of more robust and yet his everyday (dust dirt, water spray), but rather appreciated for real outdoor shots and for Youtube videos. The S150 I synonymous with the numerous good test results and of the now cheap price purchased.
