Since I am synonymous with sports videos (ICE hockey) and make it synonymous s.and to one or two videos of confrontations happen, I wanted to ask whether it is in Final Cut Express is a tool to obscure the faces (blurry, etc).

Somewhere here was the same question somewhere, keyword was witness protection or something. Is maybe two months ago. There was in any case be a tutorial, where a black bar with keyframe animated the faces hidden.

Black bar:> Effects> Video Filters> 4-dot mask (on the "+" key issues of each click, then click the desired item in the Canvas). The mask with the keyframes (same window) animate, possibly expand, round or blur.
Verschwommen: The mask (mask with soft edges) on the upper video track, where the same clip is located. Composite mode: Normal, then any stylize filter (eg, crystallization) or blur applied.
