I want a * rm file in Adobe Premiere to import to them then (Who would have thought it) to cut. known, the app can not import this file format?
how can I convert it? possible with freeware? gibts nen trick or faster?

but you can really expect that I, before I venture to a (perhaps silly) question to ask in such a forum that involve some research in advance and synonymous google. Unfortunately I was not successful (perhaps 4-5 days in detail when I try the search software) and then I thought to myself, I ask the professionals directly.
There are topics in which I know myself better and then I trade with my knowing of someone who is not familiar just as good. Here, I am layman in this matter and therefore have confidence in your rat. I thought a forum is synonymous for that.
I really do not want is to create the impression that I was too lazy and then I just let others make ..

eg rmconverter does not work .. from what ever inexplicable start synonymous

Hmmm - You ask about Freeware and then say you would rather just ask the professionals there. Well, the professionals have, of course, synonymous for professional tools. But is usually not freeware.
The Procoder / ProcoderExpress of Canopus would be such a tool.

With the options rm2avi or rmtoavi I get at google have many offers. I said as synonymous only two tried, of xilisoft and the rmconverter (naheliegt which, at least of the nomenclature, o)), but both were able to start with my dateinichts ...
