can someone tell me how I use a notebook on an apple created dvd (of a video-film) can play under windows, or can the dvd on the apple to create, that it is synonymous windows compatible?

An MPEG-1-you can stream without additional tools on the Windows PC with Windows Media Player. OK quality.
An MPEG-2-you can stream with the VLC Media Player (there is free on the Net) or a software DVD player s.PC play. Good to very good quality.
A proper video DVD (ie you can do with Nero Vision), you can with the VLC player or a software DVD player on your Windows PC, video DVDs, you can synonymous than a standalone DVD player play s.Television. Very good quality

If you have a herkömliche video DVD (VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS) create, whether wurscht with MAC or PC, you can play the dvd!
