times I would have 2 questions: What software can s.besten the contents of a DVD into a *. avi file format? What editing program you can cut dierekt DVD's?

Ok, then maybe it's synonymous with no scissors or pliers ;-)
Many popular programs can be cut directly with the VOB files from the DVD bypass. I've just tested with my Magix example is not a problem.

A Re-converting to AVI would be unnecessary and in some ways synonymous nonsense, especially if it is DV-AVI is.

Addition: I am referring of course to unencrypted DVDs without copy protection!

There are editing programs, dei DVDs directly capture can (should) eg: Liquid Edition. That does not always.

There is actually software that is a DVD to "cut" data transforms. That is not my area ......

With the "way or" create clips can then proceed as desired, a nine synonymous DVD.

I use the 2007 (without the "PLUS")
