I have a JVC HD7 with video footage in HD with VBR added.
Unfortunately the playing of this material and the import into Premiere CS3 does not. Premiere stürtzt regularly when importing the material.
Is there a program in which VBR material with constant bitrate Resolutionzu converted without change?

.. look after the
Xilisoft Video Converter. I had the test version used for a purpose other tried (and discarded), but I remember quite clearly that the right bitrate and a thousand other things for the video goal was set.
