Since my HD cameras are too expensive, I have decided zuzulegen me for my documentary film project a Panasonic DVX100. Now I have an offer for the (of course, quite outdated) 'original model' (ie not the A or) B version for 1899Euro, but used with 2years Dealer Warranty. That seems to me a very fair price. How the experts see here? And how big is the difference between the original model and A (E) upgrade?

guenstiger.de but mostly Dealers with new shows were on, I've been trying synonymous.
I'd say with 2 year warranty you can do nothing wrong and the "master model" is still better than an A version of the one Macke's getting cheaper and sold without warranty.
I'd take it. BUT: as Mark has already told me "... a camcorder purchase should be well thought out ..." So weigh and compare offers.
A trade with a guarantee for the price is pretty good.

naja whether there were problems weis ich net I just noticed that the camcorder on ebay dia buy and sell them again for next :-) Of course a lot more money but where the cams are ultimately None knows so well but the more they'll try and check!

Since my HD cameras are too expensive ... ... You want instead to rotate only in SD? That does not make sense to me as an entirely. Would this not perhaps an appropriate HDV (cheaper) entry into the HD world?
