Frage von phosery:Hello together
I need to create a DVD on PAL and NTSC DVD should run on devices. I use Adobe Premiere Pro. I have now created a new project was added (for PAL) and the videos. My question now is:
1. Import) Can the movies I took with the setting PAL synonymous use of the NTSC version (existing movies into the PAL Project, or do I have to take it again when I start the Project as NTSC.
2. Can I ever movies made by means of a recording using PAL to NTSC?
3. So what else should I look for?
Thanks for your help, I have time in advance.

Hello,
the question of the TV norm has been made BEFORE the recording. Reason: The PAL television standard is technically more demanding than NTSC, which most PAL DVD players "backward compatible" and are able to play NTSC DVDs in general. Conversely, an NTSC DVD player with PAL DVDs can in most cases do nothing.
The best you produce consistently in all NTSC, of the original recording to the DVD. Loss of quality by a subsequent rule change will not occur at all.

Hello Mark
Thank you for the prompt reply. However, I am still not clear what. The videos were recorded on the camcorder in PAL format. Means that now I can not create a NTSC DVD?
Thank you!

Should we not then grab both versions on the DVD? Ntsc and Pal?
